About[]
Hollywood Tower of Terror, also dubbed The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, is an accelerated drop tower dark ride located at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Tokyo DisneySea, Walt Disney Studios Park, and formerly Disney California Adventure Park. With the exception of Tokyo DisneySea, the attraction is based on Rod Sterling's television series The Twilight Zone, taking place in a fictional hotel in Hollywood, California. Riders are tasked with reliving one dark and stormy night, in which lightning strikes the hotel, and an elevator with five passengers plummets them to their doom. The riders themselves step into the same elevator, which ascends them into a view of the park and the Fifth Dimension, an empty field of stars and darkness reminiscent of the show's opening, before being dropped 13 stories.
The attraction as it appears in Disney Magic Kingdoms is based on its appearance in Disney's Hollywood Studios.

- Despite being in-game since Halloween Event Update on 12th October 2016, players couldn't enchant this attraction until Ratatouille Update on 26th January 2021.
