It can be found as a cycling reward in the Enchanted Chests.

It was awarded as the fourth prize in the Wizard Training Mini Event on 18th May 2016.
Fisherman's Getaway was available in the Enchanted Chests with the Earth Day, Easter Update on 12th April 2017.
