About
Gusteau's Kitchen is the key landmark of the 2007 Pixar film Ratatouille. Initially a five-star restaurant opened by famed French chef Auguste Gusteau in the city of Paris, it had fallen on hard times, having lost two of it's stars due to a harsh review by a food critic and the death of the world-renowned chef; and been reduced to living off it's name and former glories. Everything changes due to two new arrivals: Remy, a rat who wants to live up to Gusteau's legacy, and Linguini, a young man requested to work there that Remy uses to create new appetizing dishes and try to establish his own name while restoring the restaurant of his idol.
