Hei Hei is a premium limited-time character released with Moana Event Update on 16th April 2019, and is a part of the Moana character collection.
About
Hei Hei is a very stupid chicken who appeared in "Moana". He tends to just walk forwards, not caring about what he's walking towards, which often leads him to either walk into a tree or even directly into the ocean.
Moana, Maui, and even the ocean had their hands full keeping Hei Hei alive, and he tends to peck NEXT TO any food offered to him, meaning that he needs help just to feed himself.
