  • Is anyone else completely out of room? I have absolutely no decorations out because the space is all taken up with attractions and concessions but because everything is so oddly shaped I have no way to fit everything. I try to group my attractions by theme but there's no way to keep everything together. I also have more to get so it's not like I have everything either. As it is I'm saving up for the $1M spot by It's a small World and don't want to guess how expensive the one next to it is. Why give us so many things if there's no room for it?

Frustrated because I would like to make it look nice, instead I have had to forgo that in order to squeeze things in.

Side note - I also wish I could zoom out more. I want to be able to see more at the same time instead of having to be so close.

    • For organizational purposes, I think a grid-square map of all of the lands would be handy, since each attraction/decoration/concession/etc. takes up a certain number of #x# space.  I've been looking around the web, and I haven't found anyone that has created this yet.  Perhaps someone else has seen one?  If not, maybe I can try.

    • We're all in the same boat.  I cringe every new event because I have absolutely nowhere to put the new attractions.  I have to put something in storage during the event and then choose what to put back out after.

I guess thats the challenge of the game though.

I have all land and all attractions and concessions, still 2 plots completely empty. There is plenty of room if you play like tetris! However, not enough room to lay it out like a park should be - it's not so squeezy! lol

Unknown right now, but expect the following collections:

      Mickey & Friends

      Toy Story

      Cinderella

      Pirates of the Caribbeans

      The Lion King

      Monsters Inc. Tangled (possibly)

      And character specifics:

      EVE (WALL-E)

      Tinker Bell (Peter Pan)

    • Do we have a list of the characters who drop event currency yet?

Also, why is the new land space two million?! Took me forever just to save up for the one million space!

        Loading editor
    • Big Hero 6 Currency is dropped by all Big Hero 6 characters and:

Mickey, Goofy, Daisy, Minnie, Woody, Jesse, Buzz, Hamm, Sarge, Bo Peep, Toy Alien, Mike Wazowski, Sully, Celia Mae, Boo, EVE, Simba, Nala, Timon, Pumbaa, Cinderella, Prince Charming, Fairy Godmother, Tinkerbell, Will Turner, and Elizabeth.

Making the new land space 2 million is the developers way of adding challenge to the game.  If they made everything cheap and easy, people would get bored and move on.  It gives you a goal to strive for.

        Loading editor
    • So, I've created a rough grid model of the park in sketchup, an easy program to learn and work with, and it's free.  The model is available in the 3Dwarehouse searchable under Disney Magic Kingdoms Grid, again for free.  It has all of the attractions at their sizes that you can move about on the park-grid map.  Created it for me, but thought others may find it handy. I've saved a lot of space, and been able to add more attractions by using it.

        Loading editor
    • This is a game about building your own unique theam park and not copying the one possible model to get more pieces in the park. I have 33 attractions in storage and feel I have use my land spaces well. There is no reason 15 land spaces are not available right now. Every time a new events comes out, they should also make a land space available for the attractions. Most of the events take 2 land spaces for all the attractions. I have been watching this thread since it was created and clearly no one is listening.

        Loading editor
    • I agree. I understand that opening a new land space would take a lot of programming on the developers part, but they keep cramming these events down our throats with nowhere to put the 4-5 new attractions that come with it. And you’re absolutely right that they don’t pay any attention. Not just here, on any forum. You can tell by the comments they make during their live-streams. You would think they would learn that frustrated players will eventually become ex-players.

    • I totally agree with the both of you. We have 12 land spaces open but unavailable. I am tired of putting anything in storage and event after event. I have been playing for awhile, and am feeling the slow down of wanting to play. I have all the characters and the buildings, and no I have no desire to copy someone’s land design——you fit it all in in random places, good for you. I like my attractions to be together in theme. They need to listen and open the land, stop creating so many events and work on programming in the land.

        Loading editor
    • I also agree with all of you. The game is becoming monotonous and overcrowded with buildings and characters with no room to move.

    • Even with the update not enough space for all of the attractions and it also very expensive to obtain

        Loading editor
    • The 3 million price tag doesn’t bother me. What bothers me is they gave one tiny piece of land, and the first attraction you have to build TAKES UP THE ENTIRE PIECE! Come on, seriously? We’ll still have to put a bunch of stuff in storage to build all the other attractions coming in the event.

    • Most of the land we get is connected to the main story. So the only way we're likely to get anymore is if they expand on the main story. I don't have every available land space yet and don't need anymore right now as I have just enough room to get out everything with a little room to spare for new attractions when I unlock them.

This is not trolling. If he still has unlocked areas today, when you go back a year in time, he was de facto close to level 5 like I mentioned before. I remember a time when people were complaining they had no land to put their buildings on, and I was like what the hell are you talking about, I had plenty of room. And I was like level 5. So there you have it.

Not me - I was an avid poster in FB groups about my land layout. I was always able to place every attraction and concession given the available plots of released land up until the Little Mermaid event (2016 to late 2018). When I made that comment about everything being possible back in 2018, I was already around level 55.

This layout is from that time: https://imgur.com/a/jjRBcfo

I even have some 2017 layouts (with all attractions and concessions at the time) that still had plots of free land which I used for concession farming. Join a few of the bigger DMK Facebook groups and maybe you'll find it.

Honestly, it's clear you're new here and don't believe me.
